Some of our leavers and those who would be in traditional year 6, have been testing themselves with, marking themselves against and then setting up timetables for revision against entrance exam, 11 plus and SATS papers. We tap into EDPLACE to help the children check themselves against the standards expected of children in the mainstream and the children have access to Word, Excel and Powerpoint to type up or present what they are working on, where appropriate

Otherwise, the children use the Montessori materials and hands on learning to support understanding, working individually or in small, mixed aged groups.
